The founding insight
Every ton that leaves an Indian plant crosses a weighbridge. Every kilowatt is metered. The data CBAM demands already exists at the gate — it just dies in retyped spreadsheets. Ferrologic Analytics exists because the honest number is already being measured; someone had to refuse to let it be typed over.
The methodology
Scope 1 & 2 emissions per ton of metal, computed from calibrated instruments, not estimates. Readings carry an OIML R-76 calibration lock from the scale to the report, with a traceable path a verifier can follow.
That matters because verified data faces a 5% materiality threshold (IR (EU) 2025/2546) — a number built from locked measurements can defend itself; a retyped spreadsheet cannot.
Who we build for
Secondary steel smelters and aluminium extrusion plants in India that export to the EU. Not every factory — this one kind, deeply: the weighbridge, the furnace power draw, the HSN codes on the invoice (7308, 7318, 7604), the buyer in Milan asking for numbers by Friday.

We are pre-pilot. The platform is built and running; no plant is in production deployment yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.
